This project stands out with modern Architecture, combined with practical interior layouts and is undersigned by architect A. Boygar ÖZLEN. Architect A. Boygar Özlen graduated from the faculty of architecture in 1994. Together with his team in the Boygar construction design office, he shapes living spaces and reflects his knowledge together with his own characteristic lines into the creation of  houses, commercial buildings as well as ambitious restoration and conservation projects.....

YENKA, has constructed this project upon the value they give to human life and incorporated their expertise, accumulated knowledge and professionalism, gained trough many successfully completed projects of modern houses into the realization of "Villa Port".

The totally new concept of design, the interpretation of living in style and comfort, result in this modern project of "Villa Port". Two villas are perfectly placed on a 1220 m2 plot. Each one of these villas offers one generously sized salon, one open kitchen, four bedrooms, 3 en-suite bathrooms and 1 common bathroom, one utility room for laundry and ironing, and one bedroom for domestic personnel. A closed garage is also available. The generously sized villas offer a total area of 340 m2, which is divided into gross interior floor area of 280m2 m2, interior net area of 235 m2 and 60m2 of balcony and terrace.
