The third project of our construction agenda for the building season of 2014 is the complex called Konsept Yalıkavak Evleri. Built on a 2,950 m2 sized plot of land, this project holds 24 apartments, each with 75 square meters of modern and comfortable living space. Interior space of 62 m2 is completed with 13m2 open terrace space.

Located just behind Yalıkavak-Gökçebel Migros, this complex is within easy reach of shopping centers Banks and also in walking distance to the Bodrum - Yalıkavak bypass road.

Construction start for this tranquil complex, surrounded by nature, was February 25, 2014. Completion date and turnkey delivery to the inhabitants is June 30, 2014.
