Our company has commenced with the construction work of the project called "Dream Hill Villas" on the 15th of November 2008. Built on a 2.400 m2 plot of land, located in the Gökçebel district of Yalıkavak, this project includes 4 duplex villas, each with a total floor space of 166m2 divided into 125m2 interior space and 41m2 of terrace.

Each duplex villa is placed in a 600m2 garden and has its own private swimming pool. Construction of the villas was completed in June 2009 and delivered to the new owners.
